I updated my GroupWise 8 to the latest hot patch, I checked every thing but the webaccess login. When I went to https:\/\/server.domain\/gw\/webacc the page was blank with no errors. Checked the logs did not find any errors.<\/p>\n
Started with the first to in my trouble shooting tool kit, Google. Did a search on the problem, found a reference on NetWare but not on Linux. Finally found a reference on the\u00a0 GWAVA support site. I called GWAVA support, not that this was a problem caused by their product, but I figured they could give me an idea where to look.<\/p>\n
Support logged into my system, the tech found \u00a0that three jar file that the permissions were wrong. The tech changed the permissions and resolved the problem. The Directory was \/var\/opt\/novell\/tomcat5\/webapps\/gw\/WEB-INF\/lib\/, so if your GroupWise Webaccess page is blank check the permissions on your jar files.<\/p>\n
